Et s’ouvrir à une sexualité sacrée connectée à sa puissance de femme, dans la dimension corps-cœur-conscience.

La question du genre
Dans l’approche du tantra, on évoque souvent les principes du féminin (Shakti) et du masculin (Shiva). Ces principes féminin et masculin ne doivent pas être stigmatisés respectivement chez l’homme et la femme. Il s’agit plutôt d’énergie, de polarité, de manières d’exprimer une vivance, une vitalité selon une tonalité tantôt « yin », tantôt « yang ». Ces énergies féminines et masculines s’expriment que l’on soit de sexe féminin ou masculin.
Ce stage s’adresse aux femmes hétéro, bi, lesbienne, queer, homosensuelle – peu importe ton orientation sexuelle, vive la richesse des expériences !
Un cadre de bienveillance, de sécurité et de confidentialité sera posé en début de stage.
