In these workshops, the aim is to connect with the archetypes of the sacred feminine (Mary, Mary Magdalene, Isis, Green Tara, Inanna, etc.), to connect with one's vital and creative energy in order to transform it into energy of desire and action. And to open up to a sacred sexuality connected to one's power as a woman, within the dimension of body-heart-consciousness.

The question of gender
In the approach to Tantra, the principles of the feminine (Shakti) and masculine (Shiva) are often mentioned. These feminine and masculine principles should not be stigmatised in men and women respectively. Rather, it is about energy, polarity, ways of expressing a lived experience, a vitality, according to a «yin» or «yang» tone. These feminine and masculine energies are expressed whether one is female or male.
