Stage Tantra couples “At the heart of Sacred Union” – Hameau de l’Etoile – May 2024
I attended my first TantrÂmour retreat in early 2024, following a very difficult period in my life (a break-up and a re-evaluation of my professional life). I had never been on a tantra retreat before, and I knew nothing about the philosophy of life that tantra offers. That first experience was extraordinary and restorative for me. I had, in a way, lost my way. Through the courses and workshops, I became aware of the pitfalls I had fallen into, regained my self-confidence and changed the way I relate to others in my daily life, so that I feel more Autonomous.
I also learned to open up to others, safely: when a connection is made with a participant, it becomes magical, and I've experienced this many times during our meetings. Through the exercises offered, I became aware of the mental projections I had. Opening up to others is possible when there are no expectations (from either side). There is “nothing to give, nothing to take, simply be there, in presence” (as Sabryna often says). And this relieves such a burden! Because it allows for authentic relationships, without pressure, without the need to please.
Even now that we’re out of the woods (following the crisis I went through), I think a reminder is needed. And besides, the experience has been so enriching and rewarding thanks to Sabryna and ShivaChris!
Sabryna and ChivaChris have become like two key people, like my two guardian angels on a daily basis. We met at a decisive moment in my life. It was a fundamental reset of my life, as the event that hit me was a seismic shock. I say it loud and clear, Tantra pulled me out of my abyss, reached out to me, a hand to climb back up and allowed me to find ways to be reborn. This evolution is still ongoing at the time of this message. All of this under the extraordinary kindness of Sabryna and ChivaChrist. Without them and the humanity they exude, I would not be here today. Thank you for sharing this treasure of life that is Tantra.

Mixed Tantra Stages – Hameau de l’Etoile –
& Tantra Afternoons in Aix en Provence – April 2024 to March 2025
Everything was superbly orchestrated; the progression and integration timings were just right, in keeping with the group and its potential. The exercises allowed us to progress with surprising speed, when one is ready, Tantra propels you and space-time ceases to exist. We were in a bubble of creative energy; I felt completely confident. You managed to create an ideal framework for the practice.
The assistants served as a natural extension of your transmissions, and enabled you to be fully present during the guidance sessions; this’is essential.
Now that the course has come to an end, this morning I’m still bathed in the energy of Tantra; I feel a sense of gentleness, harmony and balanced inner strength. I can still feel that sense of Oneness and that magical connection; I hope to make it last as long as possible, and I feel like dancing and breathing deeply.
If I were to recommend this event to someone I know, I would say that Tantra cannot be described – it has to be experienced. It is an encounter with oneself and with others, a connection to the Universe, to the Divine. It is a deeply powerful experience, a gift that fosters personal growth. You can surrender to it with complete trust and full awareness, as you’ll be enveloped in a protective cocoon where you can fully express your whole being.

I followed the 5 modules at 2-month intervals – a very beautiful experience for me, as I had no prior knowledge of Tantra. The excellent and benevolent guidance by Sabryna and ShivaChris was a real discovery for me because Tantra offers much deeper and more exhilarating teachings. It's also a wonderful discovery to learn how to experience the ecstasy of your SEVEN chakras. There was a lot of respect and pure love in our group – I felt perfectly safe... I've had the opportunity to participate in several Tantra days in Strasbourg and then in a workshop with TantrÂmour. Since I started, I've been able to observe many changes in my life, both in meeting others, in my relationship with touch, but also profound personal changes (in my ability to set boundaries, to assert myself, to better understand my needs). The workshops allow for genuine questioning of our programming/conditioning, but also of consent (to oneself and towards others), which are fundamental in our daily lives.human experiences. I particularly appreciated the supervision of these internships (Sabryna & ShivaChris, the angels), the team managed to establish an environment of listening and trust.
