A look back at the workshop on energy from the «Sovereign-Sovereign» cycle... and beyond!
It is sometimes difficult to put into words what is experienced during a neo-Tantra workshop, as the experience is simultaneously intimate, sensory, and profoundly human. Rather than attempting to explain it, we have chosen to let the voices of those who have been through it emerge. Through their feelings, their realisations and their simple words, the landscape of an immersion where the body, the heart and relationships take on a different place, more alive, more authentic, gradually takes shape. What follows is not a linear narrative, but a mosaic of experiences – as many fragments of a shared lived experience, where each person has come to touch something essential.
A space where encountering becomes immediate
There's something special that happens from the very first hours of a TantrÂmour workshop, a form of simplicity in the encounter that often surprises the participants themselves, as if the masks of everyday life fall away more quickly than elsewhere, making way for a more direct, more human, almost self-evident quality of connection.
Many speak of this rapid, deep, sometimes unexpected feeling of connection, where one feels welcomed as they are, effortlessly, without having to play a part, in an atmosphere where each person's presence helps to create a living and supportive collective space.
This quality of connection is not down to chance, but to a carefully established framework, where safety, respect and kindness allow everyone to gradually open up, at their own pace, in a relational experience that is often rare in everyday life.
To let oneself be traversed: a profound transformation
As the days go by, participants describe a transformation that doesn't necessarily involve dramatic realisations, but rather a subtle and profound evolution of their inner state.
Some speak of feeling “rinsed but nourished,” as if something has been deeply cleansed while simultaneously being filled with new, more fluid, more vibrant energy; others evoke a feeling of newfound strength, of re-centring, or an increased capacity to listen to their intuition and be guided by it.
There is also this feeling of returning to the essential, of reconnecting with one's heart, sometimes with the awareness that the journey continues, but with more clarity, more gentleness, and a transformed relationship with oneself.
Laughter, feeling, daring: the richness of emotional experiences
One of the highlights of these internships is the diversity and intensity of the emotional experiences, ranging from simple joy to deep laughter, sometimes to tears, in a free and welcomed expression of what is present.
In this space, vulnerability ceases to be perceived as a weakness and instead becomes a gateway to greater authenticity, allowing for moments of truth and sharing that leave a lasting impression.
Some participants even mention unexpected experiences, where unusual practices – sometimes playful, sometimes unsettling – become powerful levers for daring to show oneself as one is, to say what is present, and to break free from usual defence mechanisms.
Simple practices that open deep spaces
The exercises on offer – whether physical, relational or energy-based – are often described as accessible in form, yet profoundly transformative in their impact.
What might seem simple on the surface – breathing, moving, making contact – becomes, in this context, a rich and revealing experience, allowing one to explore dimensions of oneself that are sometimes less accessible in everyday life.
Even the most unusual or uncomfortable practices at the outset are often perceived, with hindsight, as key moments in the process, having led to significant realisations or unexpected breakthroughs.
The magic of the group: a unique alchemy at each workshop
Each group is different, and yet, the same phenomenon seems to reoccur: a form of collective alchemy emerges, creating a space where everyone can find their place while contributing to something bigger.
Participants often highlight the speed at which connections are forged, as if a collective intelligence is being set in motion, facilitating encounters, sharing, and experiences.
This group dimension, far from being secondary, is at the heart of the process: it supports, amplifies and enriches the individual experience, while offering a deeply nourishing sense of belonging and connection.
Creating a Sacred Space: The Posture of Teachers – Facilitators
From the teachers' perspective (i.e. us! Sabryna and ShivaChris), the experience is equally rich, marked by deep gratitude and a sense of accomplishment seeing the transformations observed.
Seeing faces open up, bodies relax, and expressions change over the days is often described as a confirmation of the meaning of their commitment, that of creating and holding spaces where these processes can emerge safely.
They also speak of that particular feeling that each group comes together with a sense of rightness, as if the participants had “arranged to meet” in that particular time and place to share certain experiences.
In this perspective, the role of facilitators is not to “bring something to life,” but rather to support a framework, to “hold the space,” to allow what needs to emerge to unfold naturally.
A safe space to dare to be fully oneself
The quality of the setting is often cited as essential to the experience, allowing participants to feel safe enough to open up, explore and express parts of themselves rarely shared elsewhere.
An image evoked by Sabryna illustrates this reality well: that of a space capable of containing a great diversity of experiences, like so many “flavours”, made possible because the framework is solid, stable, and collectively supported.
In this space, everyone can experience their own “moments of inspiration” – emotions, realisations, bursts of enthusiasm – whilst feeling welcomed and respected, without judgement.
An impact that extends well beyond the internship
What also emerges from the testimonials is that the experience doesn't end when the internship does.
The transformations experienced, even when subtle, often find their continuation in daily life: in the way we breathe, connect with others, make choices, or simply inhabit our lives with more presence.
These are not necessarily visible or immediate changes, but rather an inner shift, a new quality of attention and a new relationship with oneself and the world.
A deeply human experience
Beyond practices, concepts or approaches, what is most striking remains perhaps the simplicity and authenticity of what is experienced: genuine encounters, shared emotions, moments of presence where something essential is revealed.
And perhaps that is the very essence of our internships: to offer a space where it becomes possible, simply, to be fully alive.
