The TantrÂmour 2027 courses: four immersions, four gateways, one same path towards a more conscious, more connected and more vibrant life.
There is a way of speaking about Tantra that could lead us to believe that it invites us to leave something behind: to leave the everyday world, to transcend the body, to reach a particular state of consciousness, to access a more spiritual dimension of existence. As if awakening had to take place somewhere other than in this ordinary life, with its sometimes complex relationships, its contradictory emotions, its desires, fears, impulses, limitations, and everything that makes us profoundly human beings.
Our experience of Tantra leads us rather in the opposite direction.
For us, Tantra is not a path to escape the world, but an invitation to enter it more deeply. To inhabit our body fully rather than to live essentially in our mind. To feel rather than to anesthetize. To meet the other without getting lost in the relationship. To recognize our desires as well as our limitations. To welcome our power without denying our vulnerability. To bring consciousness back to those places of our existence where we sometimes operate by automaticity.
Tantra then becomes less a search for extraordinary experiences than a way of making them real. the extraordinarily vivid ordinary.
It is in this spirit that we conceived the TantrÂmour 2027 courses.
Tantra as an experience of reality
In an age where everything moves quickly, it is tempting to seek out spaces where we can finally withdraw from the noise. We deeply understand this need. Our retreats are also moments of pause: a few days during which the pace changes, the demands diminish, and a different quality of presence can emerge.
But a parenthesis only makes sense to us if it then allows us to return in a different way to our lives.
We are therefore not seeking to create a spiritual bubble cut off from reality. We are seeking to create the conditions that will allow meeting the real world with more presence.
And this reality begins with the body.
This body that we can listen to or compel. This breath of which we often forget its existence. These sensations that inform us even before our thought has constructed an explanation. This ability to feel a yes, a no, a desire to move forward or, conversely, the need to slow down. This energy that runs through us when we dance, breathe, touch, are touched, encounter a gaze, or simply accept staying a few moments with what is there.
The body is then not an obstacle to overcome to access consciousness. It becomes one of the paths.
A spirituality that does not separate us from our humanity
We love the spiritual dimension of Tantra precisely when it does not distance us from our humanity.
When meditation helps us to be more present in a difficult conversation. When bodily awareness allows us to recognize a limit before exceeding it. When energy work makes us more sensitive to what is really happening within us rather than locking ourselves into a representation of what we should feel. When ritual gives meaning to an experience without asking us to adhere to a belief.
Spirituality can then descend from its pedestal to return to where it seems to us to be profoundly fertile: in our way of loving, of meeting, of choosing, of setting a limit, of navigating an emotion, of caring for ourselves, for others, and for the living.
We can experience very deep meditation and continue to run away from certain parts of ourselves. We can know many spiritual concepts and remain prisoners of our relational automatisms. We can talk about universal love while having great difficulty saying a simple «no» when something doesn’t suit us.
The path that interests us lies precisely in this space between consciousness and life.
The Tantra is not just a story about sexuality
This is probably one of the most persistent misunderstandings surrounding contemporary Tantra.
Sensuality, desire, sexual energy, and the relationship to intimacy can of course be part of the Tantric path. They belong to life, and there would be no reason to exclude them.
But Reducing Tantra to sexuality amounts to reducing the human being to just one of its dimensions.
The Tantra that we wish to transmit at TantrÂmour talks about the body, the heart, the consciousness, the energy, the relationship, our conditioning, and our ability to feel and allow ourselves to be met by life.
Touch can become meditation. The gaze can become a practice of presence. A dance can reveal our difficulty in letting go of control. A clearly expressed boundary can be a profoundly transformative experience. An emotion received rather than repelled can teach us more about ourselves than a lengthy analysis.
It is this wealth that we want to explore.
2027: four immersions, four entry points
We envisioned the 2027 stages not as a repetition of the same program under different names, but as four universes each possessing their own identity, While being traversed by the same vision of Tantra.
It is not necessary to go through them in order or to participate in all of them. Each stage constitutes a complete experience. But for those who will go through several, a path can gradually emerge.

Shimmering Light – Connection • Joy • Dance • Celebration
Because a path of consciousness has no reason to always be serious, introspective or silent, we will end the year with another essential dimension of life: joy.
Dancing, laughing, celebrating, meeting, playing, feeling the power of a group that together crosses the passage from one year to another can also become experiences of presence.
Fragments of Aumor It will be our Tantric New Year: a few days to look back on the past year, recognize what has been experienced, leave behind what demands the being and open a new space.
There will be tantric practices, meditations, movement, encounters, and passing rituals, but also music, dance, and that lightness that we also consider deeply spiritual when it is fully experienced.
Celebrating life is part of the journey.
Alchemy of Being – Body • Heart • Consciousness • Energy
With Alchemy of Being, We will start by going back inside.
We are a body that feels, a heart that attaches itself, opens itself, or protects itself; a consciousness capable of observing and choosing; a living energy that moves us. Yet, these dimensions can sometimes seem separate from one another: the mind decides while the body says something else, the heart yearns for connection while a part of us protects itself, the energy drives us forward while certain beliefs hold us back.
This internship will explore the possibility of Reuniting these different dimensions of the being, Not to reach an ideal version of ourselves, but to become more intimate with who we really are.
The body, breath, movement, meditation, relationship, conscious touch, working on our conditioning, and exploring energy will become different doors to the same question: how to live with more inner coherence, freedom, and presence?
Union Sacrée – At the Heart of the Living – Tantra • Reliance • Sacred Geometry
Once we start meeting ourselves, another question naturally arises: How do we enter into a relationship?
With the other, of course, but also with the group, with the polarities that permeate us, with our environment and, more broadly, with life itself.
It is around this notion of reliance that we chose to build Union Sacrée – At the Heart of the Living.
There we will explore encounter as a space of consciousness: being close without losing ourselves, remaining connected to ourselves while opening up to the other, encountering our polarities rather than seeking to oppose them.
Sacred geometry, the pyramid and the Merkaba will also enter this universe as symbolic supports for meditation, ritual and experience, rather than as beliefs that one should adhere to. A half-day will also lead us outside the practice rooms, into contact with the nature of the Hameau de l’Étoile, to broaden this experience of reliance.
The Art of Touching the Sacred – Tantric Massage • Presence • Connection • Rituals
Touching someone may seem like a simple gesture. Yet, as soon as we slow down truly, an entire universe appears.
How do I touch when I am not seeking to obtain anything? How do I receive when I have nothing to give? Can I feel what is appropriate, express a limit, ask for more, slow down, change my mind? Can I meet the other’s body without making it an object on which I apply a technique?
With The Art of Touching the Sacred, In Tantric massage, the exploration of presence becomes the primary focus.
We will certainly work with touch, massage, breath, movement and energy, but the heart of the experience may lie elsewhere: in that inner quality that allows a gesture to become a true encounter.
Giving and receiving then become two different and complementary experiences. Consent ceases to be just a rule intended to secure practice; it becomes itself a space of consciousness: learning to listen to what is happening within oneself and to express it clearly enough to be able to truly meet the other.
Touch can then find something simple and precious: being a way of telling a body that it can be accepted as it is.
Don’t become someone else
Behind these four stages, there is ultimately a common intention that is particularly dear to us.
We do not wish to teach you to become «better tantrikas.» We are not seeking to create people who are constantly open, aware, luminous, or free of all their wounds. We even distrust the idea that personal or spiritual development should gradually rid us of everything that makes us imperfect.
We prefer a different direction: become more capable of inhabiting what we are.
Living our joy without getting attached to it.
Living our vulnerability without being ashamed of it.
Living our power without imposing it.
Living our desire without considering that it must necessarily be satisfied.
Living within our limits without seeing them as a failure of the relationship.
Living with our contradictions, our movements, our changing bodies, our evolving relationships, and this life that doesn’t always correspond to what we had imagined.
Consciousness does not eliminate human experience. It can allow us to experience it more fully.
And after the internship?
That may be where the most important part begins.
When the decorations are put back in their boxes, the cushions and mattresses are put away. When the music stops. When we leave the group, the Hameau or the place of the stage and find our home, our couple, our children, our work, our habits and our constraints.
What remains?
Perhaps a new ability to feel that we are contracting. A little more freedom before automatically responding. A breath when emotion rises. A different way of touching the person we love. The possibility of saying no more clearly. The possibility of saying yes with greater commitment. The memory that it is possible to dance without reason. A less demanding relationship with the body. A finer awareness of what nourishes us and what distances us from ourselves.
Deep transformations are not always spectacular.
They sometimes appear in tiny gestures.
And maybe that’s how we recognize a spiritual practice that resonates with us: not in the distance it creates with ordinary life, but in the quality of presence it allows us to bring into it.
That is what we want to explore with you in 2027.
A Tantra that does not ask us to leave the world to find the sacred.
A Tantra that invites us to discover the sacred at the very heart of our human experience.
A Tantra to fully inhabit the world; not to escape it.
With love,
Sabryna and ShivaChris
TantrÂmour
