Following the TantrÂmour workshop that took place this weekend, we have gathered testimonials from participants to share the key learnings and offer you a vivid insight into this inner transformation experience.

For a weekend, the TantrÂmour workshop at Jardins du Nideck (in Alsace, near Strasbourg) offered participants a true immersion in the world of Tantra, personal development, and reconnection with oneself. In a calming natural setting, conducive to letting go, everyone was able to slow down, breathe, and explore a more conscious relationship with their body, their emotions, and others.

This type of tantra retreat is attracting more and more people today who are seeking meaning, well-being, and inner alignment. From the testimonials we've collected, one thing is clear: the experience goes far beyond a simple weekend; in our opinion, it marks a real turning point personally.

Learning to set boundaries: a pillar of Tantra

One of the major learnings from this internship was the ability to to set boundaries and to affirm his “no”.

In Tantric practices, consent and listening to the body are central. However, many participants have realised that they have never truly allowed themselves to feel their limits, nor to express them clearly.

Thanks to a safe and supportive environment, everyone was able to gently experiment with this positioning, learning to listen to their feelings and respect themselves. This ability to say no then becomes a valuable resource, applicable far beyond the workshop, in daily life, relationships, and work.

Reconnecting with yourself and listening to your body

At the heart of this tantra retreat, the reconnecting with oneself established itself as a profound and transformative experience.

In a daily life often marked by stress and mental overload, taking the time to reconnect with one's body is a real challenge. Here, the participants were able to offer themselves this rare space: to slow down, to feel, to listen to their deep needs.

This body listening allows emotions, tensions, but also unsuspected resources to emerge. Supported by the container we have provided, and drawing on our experience as facilitators and therapists, participants were able to go through these experiences safely, in a setting conducive to healing and inner exploration.

Conscious breathing and letting go

Conscious breathing, a key element of the Tantric practices offered, played a central role this weekend.

Used as a tool for transformation, it helps to release tension, calm the nervous system and promote deep letting go. Several participants shared their surprise at the power of these breathing practices, particularly their ability to release control and allow themselves to be moved by their emotions.

This work on breathing is fully in line with a holistic approach to well-being and personal development, helping to regain a state of presence and alignment.

Welcoming one's emotions and feelings

Another fundamental aspect of the internship was learning to welcome emotions.

In the proposed practices, participants experienced the natural fluctuation of inner states: joy, discomfort, openness, closure… everything is in motion. This understanding allows us to move away from a binary view (good/bad) towards a more fluid and self-aware approach.

Learning to navigate one's feelings, without judgment, is an essential skill in any self-development journey and, for us, is a pillar of tantra.

The power of the group in a tantra workshop

The group was a key element of this experience. In this tantra workshop, participants highlighted the importance of the collective as a space for support, safety, and transformation.

Feeling welcomed, recognised, and respected, even when different or a stranger, has allowed everyone to gradually open up. The group then becomes a true catalyst for transformation, where exchanges, whether verbal or non-verbal, profoundly enrich the experience.

This human dimension is often what makes a tantra retreat unique and profoundly impactful.

Integrate learning into everyday life

At the end of the weekend, a crucial question arises: How to integrate these transformations into everyday life?

Participants leave with concrete tools – breathing, listening to the body, the ability to set boundaries – but also with new questions, signs of an inner journey in motion.

This integration phase is a key step in any transformation process. It allows for the consolidation of insights and the long-term extension of the training's benefits.

A tantra retreat for a lasting transformational experience

More than just a wellness weekend, this TantrÂmour retreat at Jardins du Nideck proved to be a true Personal transformation experience.

The testimonials are unanimous: everyone leaves enriched, with better self-knowledge, increased listening skills, and renewed openness to others.

In a world where everything moves so fast, these spaces become essential for reconnecting with what's truly important: yourself.

Taking part in a tantra retreat is about giving yourself a break, a space for exploration, and often… a new beginning.
