A space to experience love differently

The internship « Alchemy Souls »has opened up a rare and precious space, a space where love is no longer thought of merely as an idea or a concept, but is experienced fully in the body, in relationships, and in one’s presence to oneself and to others. Through the testimonies of the participants and the team, one thing became clear, gently yet powerfully: beyond the practices offered, a genuine inner transformation has been set in motion – a subtle alchemy, at times unsettling, at times deeply soothing, but always vibrant and authentic.

Love To dare to speak of love

For some, this transformation began with an experience as simple as it was unprecedented: that of being able to put words to love. The paired exercises offered around this theme provided a safe and supportive environment in which words could be expressed freely, without pressure or expectation, allowing everyone to explore a sincere and direct expression of their feelings. To speak of love, to hear it, to let it circulate from one person to another then becomes a profoundly moving experience, sometimes even new for people already engaged in personal development or tantra paths.

To settle down and slow down

Other participants arrived with a much simpler, almost essential intention: to slow down, to settle, to take a break from the turmoil of everyday life. Without any particular expectations, they found in the proposed practices – such as blindfolded dancing, moments of presence, or listening spaces – an invitation to reconnect with themselves, at their own pace, respecting their sensitivities and limits. Even when certain experiences could generate discomfort or not fully resonate, there was always the possibility of gleaning something worthwhile, a moment of presence, a sensation, a release, like a breath in the heart of everyday life.

The unexpected as a path to transformation

In this context, tantra has proved to be a gateway to the unexpected. Several accounts speak of this sense of surprise at an experience quite different from what had been imagined – a gradual discovery of a deeper connection to oneself, to others and to life. The richness of the encounters, the diversity of people’s journeys and the mirror-like effects within the group have enabled everyone to see themselves in a new light, to explore new facets of their own being and to enter into a more conscious and vibrant relationship. Often, transformation does not occur where one expects it to, but emerges in the gaps, in the glances, in the silences – in those moments when something relaxes and opens up effortlessly.

To connect with oneself and others

Throughout the internship, a particular quality of connection was established, like an invisible thread linking the participants to each other and to something vaster. In the sharing sessions, in the dancing, in the simple presence alongside one another, a feeling of calm and gratitude emerged, accompanied by a sense of connection to humanity in its simplest and most profound aspects. Meeting oneself then becomes a way of meeting the other, and vice versa, in a fluid and natural movement where boundaries become more porous.

Between vertigo and inner revelation

For some, this immersive experience touched on even deeper levels, prompting them to question their relationship with happiness, authenticity and relationships. Discovering that happiness can be accessible, tangible and almost immediate can be an experience that is as profound as it is liberating, opening up new perspectives whilst inviting us to re-examine old patterns. In this process, an essential resource emerges: verticality – the ability to be fully oneself, centred and present, without losing oneself in the relationship with another; and it is from this groundedness that a freer relationship can emerge, where everyone can be themselves whilst remaining connected.

Accompany from presence

As far as facilitation is concerned, the experience was also rich in lessons and transformations. Guiding a group in such a space involves allowing oneself to be moved by their journeys, remaining attentive, and sometimes letting go of familiar reference points in order to open up to a different way of being present. The experience has shown that it is possible to facilitate not from a place of control or dominance, but from a more subtle space, built on trust, presence and intuition, where effectiveness no longer lies in what one does, but in the quality of one’s being. For the organiser (Sabryna), running this workshop on her own represented a real rite of passage, a challenge taken on with courage, supported by past experience and a growing sense of inner confidence.

An experience that continues

Thus, « Alchemy Souls »It feels less like a mere workshop and more like a genuine rite of passage, a formative experience that continues to unfold well beyond the time spent together. Participants leave with feelings, new insights, and sometimes questions, but above all with a lived, vivid experience, embedded in their bodies and in their sensory memory.

When love becomes a path

Ultimately, what this immersion reveals may well be fundamental: love is not an idea to be understood, but an experience to be lived, a path to be discovered step by step, through presence, connection and authenticity, and perhaps this is where the true alchemy lies: in this ability to let life flow through us, transform us and connect us, ever more deeply, to ourselves and to others.
