You September 14 to 17, 2026, We ended up with about twenty animators and animators for a new meeting of Tantrânima.
Four days to get together as peers.
Four days to practice, reflect, share, question ourselves, and sometimes confront our differences… but also to laugh, touch, create connection, and continue to learn from each other.
Because accompanying people on the path of Tantra is an profoundly human, exciting, but also demanding adventure.
And because when we support others, it seems essential to us to continue, too. letting us question, evolve and transform.
This may be where one of TantrÂnima’s most profound intentions lies: not advance alone.
What is Tantrânima?
TantrÂnima is an open collective of Tantra facilitators from diverse backgrounds who choose to get to know each other better, support each other, and question their practices and postures together.
Its raison d’être was formulated as follows:
« To create a living space for encounters, reflections, and continuous improvement among facilitators, to support an ethical approach to Tantra. »
This notion of’living space It seems to us important.
Because it is not just about writing a charter, establishing rules, or intellectually reflecting on what an ethical stance should be.
It is also about to actually meet each other.
Practicing together.
Discover the worlds of each other.
Share our experiences.
Talk about our successes, but also about our difficulties.
The ability to ask for help.
To hear a different perspective than our own.
And sometimes accepting that our own way of doing things can evolve.
The collective thus seeks to develop a common culture based, among other things, on cooperation and ethical responsibility, While leaving the diversity of approaches to Tantra to exist.
Behind the presenter, there is also a human being.
Accompanying groups around Tantra places us in a special position.
We work with intimacy, the body, emotions, vulnerability, desire, limits, consent, the relationship with others…
And this role as facilitator can also confront us with questions of power, seduction, projection, transference, or counter-transfer.
These are precisely some of the topics that were discussed during this meeting, alongside reflections on intervision, the ethical commission, the charter, and how we can continue to progress collectively.
One of the findings that underlies Tantrânima is that tantric animation can sometimes be a solitary and exposed practice.
But no one is immune to a dead end.
No one has finished learning.
And it is precisely because we are human that it seems valuable to us to create spaces that are sufficiently safe to allow us to talk about our own experiences as well. professional vulnerability, question our management and continue to evolve our approaches.
Our differences as a source of enrichment
We didn’t all learn Tantra in the same place.
We don’t have the same teachers, the same lineages, the same influences, the same sensibilities, nor necessarily the same ways of transmitting.
Some come more from the body, others from meditation, breath, touch, movement, energetics, relationships, spirituality…
And fortunately.
Because Tantrâmina is not intended to standardize practices.
On the contrary, The encounter of our differences can become a formidable space for learning.
See how the other person is animated.
Discovering a practice that one is not familiar with.
To understand why he or she poses their frame differently.
Share what works in our groups.
We can also name our doubts.
It is in this spirit that our meetings give real importance to practice, alongside times of reflection and work. The program of these four days thus alternated between morning meditations, practices proposed by different members, work in commissions and small groups, meals, and times of shared life.
And sometimes, a very simple practice is enough to open up a lot of things.
During this meeting, one of them especially invited us to meet around two questions:
«What do I need to feel more confident with you?»
and
«What do I need to feel more connected to you?»
Two seemingly simple questions, but which say a lot about what we are also seeking to cultivate in Tantrâmina: trust, connection, and the possibility of speaking the truth.
An ethic that remains alive
One of the important topics of this meeting naturally concerned the ethical charter of TantrÂnima.
But a charter only makes sense if it remains alive.
Signing it once does not mean the work is done.
On the contrary: how to verify over time that we are still in agreement with what we have committed to? How to evolve certain points if our experience shows that they deserve clarification? How to continue to hold ourselves accountable individually and collectively?
Thus, a proposal has emerged around a Ritual of re-commitment to the charter, While another group resumed its reading to question certain elements and verify that they always correspond to the reality of the practices and the commitments desired by the collective.
We consider this approach to be important: Ethics is not a fixed text that is displayed on an Internet site.
She asks for attention, dialogue, humility, and the ability to continue questioning oneself.
Intervision: Accepting not having all the answers
Another important dimension of Tantrâmina is the’intervision.
The idea is to be able to present a professional situation that questions us or puts us in difficulty to peers and to benefit from the group’s perspective in a safe and confidential setting.
Again, it’s not just that someone brings the «right answer.».
It is rather a move our gaze.
To hear how other professionals perceive a situation.
To discover, perhaps, what we hadn’t seen.
And sometimes simply not having to deal with a complex situation alone.
During this meeting, we continued to question our own way of practicing intervision and the framework that surrounds it.
This ability to question our own tools is also part of the process: Nothing is considered to be definitively acquired simply because we have always done things this way.
An ethics commission... but not a tribunal
TantrÂnima has also acquired a Ethical commission, called «Comète».
Its existence contributes to the desire not to leave the ethical questions solely to the individual judgment of each presenter.
But it is just as important to say what Tantrâmina is not.
TantrÂnima is not an authority tasked with controlling or judging external actors outside the collective.
Tantrânima is not an institution that would claim to determine what is the truth. «Good» or the «Bad» Tantra.
And Tantrânima is not a commercial label which would guarantee or validate all the individual practices of its members.
The approach is first and foremost an approach of commitment.
A choice made by volunteer facilitators to give themselves the space, tools, and resources to continue to watch their own practice with vigilance.
A phrase from the collective’s work particularly well sums up this attitude:
«We don't stand above each other, but together.»
And this nuance is fundamental.

Learning to work together
Moreover, ethics does not only concern what happens between a presenter and his or her participants.
It is also played in our way of working together.
How do we make our decisions?
How do we express disagreement?
How do we engage in a collective project?
How do we disengage when we no longer have the energy or the availability?
How do we take care of the bond when tensions arise?
This meeting also allowed these very concrete questions about collective life to be put into action.
The groups have reflected on the functioning of the interviews, the conditions for participating in the meetings, the organization of communication spaces, the functioning of the commissions, and the modalities for engaging in the collective.
Because we can talk about ethics for hours: it becomes truly interesting when it starts to impersonating our way of being in relationship.
Practicing together to get to know each other better
TantraNima is not just a space for professional reflection.
It is also a space where we choose to living together through practices.
And this profoundly changes the nature of the bond.
Because discovering an animator through what they transmit allows us to access another dimension of their sensibility and their universe.
During this meeting, various members thus shared practices derived from their own research: meditation, movement, breathing, touch, exploring ecstasy, massage…
The account presented, for example, shows explorations around sound, breath, movement, silence, immobility, suspension or even joy.
These moments allow us to go beyond mere words.
We are experimenting.
We become, one after another, both facilitators and participants.
And we can thus discover concretely what each person brings to Tantra.
It is also a way of to get rich together.
Doing our part
TantrÂnima is still a collective in motion.
It is being built, experimented on, and adjusted in its operation; it sometimes encounters its own difficulties and continues to seek.
And it’s probably healthy that it is so.
Our ambition is not to have the answer to everything.
She is rather of doing our part.
Create more dialogue between animators.
Getting out of isolation.
Share our experiences and best practices.
Create spaces where difficulties can also be named.
Questioning our managers.
Changing our postures.
And continue to place ethical responsibility at the heart of our business.
Because transmitting the Tantra is not just about mastering practices.
This also requires us to continue working. the way we accompany, the way we set our frameworks, the way we exercise our responsibility… and the way we remain ourselves along the way.
To become rich together
Ultimately, these four days remind us of something simple:
we need each other.
Not to think all the same way.
Not to practice the same Tantra.
Not to validate each other.
But to have spaces where our differences can meet, where our certainties can be questioned, where our experiences can circulate and where we can continue to grow together.
To meet.
Practicing together.
Share our experiences.
Questioning our certainties.
Recognize our blind spots.
Drawing inspiration from our differences.
And continue to evolve our practices and attitudes.
It is this dynamic that we want to continue to bring to life within Tantrânima.
We don't put ourselves above others.
We get together. 🌿❤️
